Yes. You can upload PDFs, Manuals, or other files directly to a machine’s record. These are used by our AI to generate context-specific maintenance events and assist with automated recommendations.


Not at all. You can start with just the machine name and basic info, then upload documents and build checklists over time. MROplan.ai is designed to grow and learn as you use it.


Our AI analyzes the information you input (including documents and checklists) to auto-generate a list of maintenance events by frequency and priority. These events can then be reviewed, edited, or approved by your team.


MROplan.ai uses a machine-based pricing model — not per-user licensing.
You pay for the number of machines or assets you manage, ensuring predictable and scalable costs without additional user or admin fees. 


Users can be invited and assigned roles such as Admin, Technician, or Viewer. Roles determine access levels and responsibilities—Admins can manage settings and add machines, while Technicians receive task alerts and checklist assignments.




The dashboard shows a clear visual of upcoming, due, and overdue events per machine. Task statuses are updated as users complete their checklist actions or acknowledge alerts.


Yes. MROplan.ai supports multi-site operations. You can group machines by location or department, assign users to specific teams, and filter dashboards or events based on location, enabling easier coordination across large facilities or multiple branches.


Our AI analyzes your uploaded documents, checklists, and past service data. It looks for patterns and known best practices to suggest task frequencies (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) and component-specific actions. You remain in control to accept, edit, or delete these suggestions.
